1. This Indenture made the Seventh Day of December in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand and Sixty five Between
2. Between Anna Maria Bold of Bold Hall in the County of Lancaster eldest Daughter of Peter Bold late of Bold Esquire Thomas Patten Junior of Bank
3. in the said County Esquire and Dorothy his Wife, Mary Bold Spinster, Everilda Bold Spinster and Ellen Bold Spinster other the Daughters of the said Peter Bold of the one part
4. and Fleetwood Hesketh of Rossall Hall in the said County Esquire of the other part WHEREAS the said Anna Maria Bold Thomas Patten Junier and Dorothy his Wife Mary Bold
5. Everilda Bold and Ellen Bold are Severally and respectively Seised of the several Lands and Tenements herein next after granted and Conveyed to and for the Several Uses Intents and purposes
6. in the will of the said Peter bold limitted Expressed and declared AND WHEREAS the said Fleetwood Hesketh is Seised of the several Lands and Tenements herein after by him granted

11. Bargained Sold Aliened released and confirmed and by these presents they the said Anna Maria Bold Thomas Patten Junier and Dorothy his wife Mary Bold Everilda Bold and Ellen Bold Give Grant
12. Exchange Bargan Sell Alien release and Confirm unto the said Fleetwood Hesketh his Heirs and Assigns ALL that Ground or Close of Land called the Acre Adjoining to the Hall Green Situate lying
13. and being in North Meols in the County aforesaid containing by Estimation One Acre one Rood and twenty two perches and an half of the Measure there used or thereabouts held by Lease under the said
14. Peter Bold for and during the term of the natural life of Edward Bradshaw Aged Seventy eight years and also a part of the Miln Hey Situate lying and being in North Meols aforesaid adjoining to a
15. Close of Land called the Hall Green containing by Estimation Three Acres of the Measure there abouts held by Lease under the said Peter Bold for and during the Term of the natural life and
16. lives of James Hunt aged forty years and Richard Hunt Aged Thirty two and the Survivor of them and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders yearly and other Rents Issues and
17. profits of the same premises and of every part and parcel thereof and also all the Estate right right title interest trust property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Anna Maria Bold Thomas
18. Patten Junier and Dorothy his Wife Mary Bold Everilda Bold and Ellen Bold TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Tenements Lands and premises before mentioned hereby granted and
19. released with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Fleetwood Hesketh his Heirs and Assigns To the only proper use and behoof of him the said Fleetwood Hesketh his Heirs
20. and Assigns for ever In Exchange for the Lands and Grounds herein after granted and Conveyed to the said Anna Maria Bold Thomas Patten Junier and Dorothy his Wife, Mary Bold Everilda
21. Bold and Ellen Bold and their Heirs AND THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that in further pursuance of the aforesaid Agreement and for and in consideration of the premises herein

24. lying and being in North Meols aforesaid now in the Tenure or Occupation of him the said Fleetwood Hesketh his Tenants or Assigns and three Acres of Land being part of the North Hey being
25. parcel of a certain Tenement Situate lying and being in North Meols aforesaid now in Tenure or Occupation of Edmund Ball his under tenants or assigns under and by Virtue of a certain Lease to him
26. theretofor granted in which said Tenement there is only one life now being and all ways passages Hedges Ditches Mounds fences Trees Watercourses Commons priviledges and Appurtenances
27. thereto belonging or appertaining or accepted reputed taken or known as part parcel or member thereof and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents Issues and profits of all
28. and Singular the same premises And all the Estate right title interest term Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Fleetwood Hesketh TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Tenements Lands
29. and premises before mentioned hereby granted and released with their and every of their appurtenances unto them the said Anna Maria Bold Thomas Patten Junier and Dorothy his Wife Mary Bold
30. Everilda Bold and Ellen Bold their Heirs and Assigns To the only proper use and behoof of them the said Anna Maria Bold Thomas Patten Junier and Dorothy his Wife Mary Bold Everilda Bold
31. and Ellen Bold their Heirs and Assigns for ever In Exchange for the Lands Grounds and premises herein before granted and released to the said Fleetwood Hesketh and his Heirs as aforesaid
32. PROVIDED always and it is hereby Covenanted and Agreed by and between the parties to these presents and it is the true intent and meaning of them and of these presents That if either the said
33. Anna Maria Bold Thomas Patten Junier and Dorothy his Wife, Mary Bold Everilda Bold Ellen Bold and Fleetwood Hesketh or either or any of their Heirs or Assigns shall be lawfully Evicted Ejected
34. or turned out of the possession of the Lands Grounds and premises to them respectively given and granted in Exchange as aforesaid or any part or parcel thereof by any person claiming by
35. or under any former right or title or by from or under the respective parties to these presents so as the Exchange hereby made cannot Continue Then and from thenceforth the said Grants and
36. Conveyance in Exchange hereby made by the parties or any or either of them of and concerning the premises so hereby granted Conveyed and Exchanged as aforesaid shall be Void and of none
37. Effect and then and from thenceforth It shall and may be lawfull to and for them or any or either of them their Heirs and Assigns respectively after he she or they shall be so Evicted
38. Ejected or turned out of possession as aforesaid to Enter into his her or their Lands whereof they were respectively Seised or possessed before the Execution of these presents and the same to have
